Dave Fennesy – Founder & CEO

Mr. Fennessy began his initial career as an engineer at Eastman Kodak Company but transitioned to sales early and advanced as Sales Manager, District Sales Manager and Regional Manager (Central US) prior to their $1.9B acquisition by Danka in 1999. As SVP and after leading their second largest branch of over 440 employees, he was recruited and joined Comdisco, a $4B IT financing and consulting services company. As SVP of Sales he helped build a Dallas TX based ERP (PeopleSoft, SAP) implementation firm and after a brief stint managing a DFW branch for Print Inc. he established Freedom Profit Recovery and with his partners their captive leasing entity, Freedom Financial Consulting Inc.

Through AIM51 and building on his expertise and proven business development results, he is breaking the paradigm again by offering companies a completely new, highly experience team of outsourced consultants/experts with broad and extensive executive level contacts to supplement or replace their traditional in-house selling efforts. AIM51 represents market segment leading companies with unquestioned ethics in various service fields where a known relationship referral is welcomed by CXO’s faced with less time, a confusing flood of “information” and more severe consequences when making complex business decisions.

Christopher Plumlee

Christopher Plumlee – President

Mr. Plumlee has held senior leadership positions for some of the largest, most respected companies in America (Bank of America, Dell, Hewlett Packard and Pitney Bowes). Christopher is widely respected for his ability to deliver Strategic solutions that assist F-500 companies in solving business problems. Christopher has been recruiting, training and developing high-performing Sales teams for nearly two decades. He has a proven track-record of delivering multi-million dollar Sales plans. Christopher is a trusted advisor to C-suite executives across North America.

Christopher is a true servant leader. His greatest passion is optimizing the success of his clients and his teams. He brings tremendous passion, focus and energy to every endeavor.

Nick Parker – Partner

Nick Parker has over 6 years of experience in the energy sector. He began his career at NRG Energy, a Fortune 250 Company, where he strategically managed indirect sales teams, implemented processes as well as energy hedging strategies. He then moved on to a start up in the ERCOT electricity market, Source Power & Gas. He was able to exponentially grow Source’s channel partner relationships, ERCOT customer base and PJM market presence. Nick’s contribution played a key role in the sale of Source Power & Gas by ERM Power. He then moved on to be the founder of CNRG Group, LLC, an Energy Management Company where he continues to help companies optimize their Energy Consumption.
Nicks greatest strengths are his creativity with systems and process implementation as well as market knowledge and futures strategies.
